#flutehatsknits have come a long way since 2018, when I started making the simple red and white santa hats without pompoms.

Since then, I've got many sizes of pompoms and many designs, and now animals that sit on your flute via blankets for cats and dogs, and rings for butterflies, and many other little animals.

#flutehatsknits are for entertainment purposes. They are simply for fun. I do take custom orders for flute groups —I have made Mickey Mouse ears hats for a Disney program, cherry blossom hats for a trip to Japan for the Tucson Flute Club ensemble, and spirit hats for a marching band flute section to match their uniforms.
